Return Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may return physical print products purchased from Zenart and request a refund. By making a purchase from our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Return Eligibility
Customers may return eligible physical printed products  within 24 days after the date your order arrives at the requested delivery address.

The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use, damage, or alterations caused by the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized prints cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Any item that has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
